picture5Shiloh Hills Christian School offers a limited amount of need-based financial aid. Many factors determine the financial aid available including enrollment levels, donations for financial aid, and the funds available from Georgia taxpayers that have redirected a portion of their taxes to the Faith First Georgia Scholarship Fund.

Guidelines for Financial Aid

  • Financial aid is provided in the form of a discount on tuition only. All application, matriculation, and activity fees must be paid when due.
  • Financial aid is available to both new and returning students.
  • Recipients of financial aid must reapply each year.
  • Students must be in good standing academically and behaviorally.
  • New students must meet all admission criteria and complete the Enrollment Application.
  • An award of financial aid in one year does not not imply that financial aid will be awarded in succeeding years, nor does it imply that the amount of financial aid granted will be the same in succeeding years.

The completion of the financial aid application is not a binding agreement that any assistance is available or will be granted.

Applying for Financial Aid

In order for us to allocate our resources wisely and fairly, we have enlisted the help of Independent School Management's FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) program. ISM's FAST does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give; rather FAST provides a need-based financial aid analysis service. FAST provides the school with a report, which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. All information from FAST is kept confidential.

While no financial aid procedure can be entirely equitable - there are simply too many individual factors and extenuating circumstances - the process that has been established has served Shiloh Hills Christian School well.

  • Complete the school's Enrollment Application and pay the application fee prior to applying for financial aid.
  • Apply online through FAST.
  • All documents required by FAST must be submitted before the financial aid application can be processed.
  • The deadline for applying for financial assistance is April 15th for returning families. Late applications can be submitted to FAST after the deadline with the understanding that the applications will be considered if any funds remain in the financial aid budget. FAST charges a non-refundable $43 fee for each application.
  • The application is reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee and the committee recommends allocation of financial aid resources for the next year.
  • After the Administrator's approval, financial aid offers are sent to families.
